If you decide to send your WHIS set, please clearly indicate on the shipping receipt and/or documents that the package contains products that you want to have repaired, to avoid unnecessary charges at customs.
We will not pay import duties because of incorrectly completed customs forms.
Please send your personal details with the parcel, including your name, address details, e-mail address and telephone number if applicable. This way, we can verify that the package came from you, and we will be able to reach you if necessary.
