General 

1. These action conditions apply to the action issued by WHIS: Win a lesson from Dinja van Liere.

2. Participation takes place when you leave your details in the participation form https://whis.nl/winactie . From that moment, you have a chance to win. 

3. The action runs from 7 March 2024 to 30 March 2024. 

4. 1 winner will be chosen.

5. WHIS may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, amend or modify these terms and conditions of action during the action period or amend, modify or discontinue the action without giving any reason. Any revised version of the action terms and conditions will be posted on the website with a date. 

6. By participating, the participant declares to agree with the contents of these action terms and conditions. 

Participation 

7. Each participant can participate in the action a maximum of once. 

8. Participants are obliged to provide correct, current and complete information when participating in the promotion. 

9. To participate, a participant must be at least 16 years of age and able to drive to Dinja's location. 

10. Employees of WHIS and its affiliated companies and other persons involved in the organisation of the promotion are excluded from participation. 

11. Personal data obtained as part of the promotion will only be used by WHIS for the relevant promotion and will not be provided to third parties. 

Results 

13. One winner will be chosen from all participants of this action.

14. The winner will be informed personally within 10 working days after closure of this action via the e-mail address that was left behind. 

15. There will be no correspondence about the results. 

16. The prize is not exchangeable for money or other goods. 

17. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by WHIS. 

18. Participants who do not comply with the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
