1. These action terms and conditions apply to the action issued by WHIS: win your purchase amount back with the purchase of a WHIS product in the month of June.

2. Participation takes place when you leave your details in the participation form https://whis.nl/winactie. From that moment, you have a chance to win.

3. The action runs from June 1 to June 30.

4. One winner will be chosen.

5. WHIS may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these action terms and conditions during the action period, or change, adjust, or stop the action without giving any reason. Any revised version of the action terms and conditions will be posted on the website with a date.

6. By participating, the participant agrees to the content of these action terms and conditions.

Participation

7. Each participant can participate in the action a maximum of one time.

8. Participants are required to provide correct, current, and complete information when participating in the action.

9. Employees of WHIS and its affiliated companies and other persons involved in the organization of the action are excluded from participation.

10. The personal data obtained in the context of the action will only be used by WHIS for the respective action and will not be provided to third parties.

Result

12. One winner will be chosen from all participants of this action.

13. The winner will be personally informed within 10 working days after the closing of this action via the email address provided.

14. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

15. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.

16. In cases not provided for in these conditions, a decision will be made by WHIS.

17. Participants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
